As a Lead Developer, you'll take charge of technical delivery across diverse digital projects, collaborating with designers, strategists, and clients. You’ll lead and mentor a dynamic team, contributing to our technical strategy while shaping the future of impactful software solutions.

The Role

  • Lead the design and development of modern web and software applications.
  • Architect scalable, maintainable solutions across the stack (typically Laravel, Vue, and Node.js).
  • Mentor and support developers, conducting code reviews and championing best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to shape project requirements and roadmaps.

The Person

  • Strong experience with full-stack development (e.g., Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js).
  • Proven track record of leading projects and teams in a digital agency or product environment.
  • Deep understanding of modern development workflows, Git, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
